Budapest Scientology Community Marks 10-Year Milestone

Around 500 members of Hungary’s Scientology community came together to mark the tenth anniversary of the Church of Scientology’s Ideal Org on Váci Road.

Opened in 2016, the six-storey religious centre has become a centre for worship, education and community activities. The anniversary featured a religious service, musical performances, a photographic and video retrospective and a review of past achievements and future activities.

Over its first ten years, the Budapest church has also hosted community programmes ranging from drug prevention and news eu gipfel human-rights education to humanitarian and interfaith initiatives. These activities are connected with social betterment programmes inspired by Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard.
